  A great place to stay with warm welcome from the owner Wayne. He is a nice person and very helpful. The apartment has all necessary amenities, comfy beds and pillows, clean and tidy, and most importantly a great view of the ocean from the top floor. All of these are with a reasonable price. A must stay!

  We stayed At Island View apartments in January for 4 nights. The singe bed 2 storey apartment was perfect for us. The kitchen and upstairs dining, living area gave us more than enough space. The BBQ on the balcony came in so handy when we didn’t feel like eating out. It’s walking distance from the Esperance shopping district but still quite enough to enjoy a drink and wind down. I can’t rate the stay here highly enough, Wayne was a wonderful host and happily pointed us towards good places to eat and drink in town.

  Top place to stay in Esperance. A little careworn in exactly the way that a seaside unit should be. The usual issue with the sound quality from flat screen TVs so bring a plug in speaker if you intend to watch a movie in the evening. Skip the budget places and stay here.

  - Warm Welcoming, Informative Arrival, excellent restaurant, supermarket and sites to visit recommendation.
  
  - Family of four, two bedroom apartment with everything and more than needed for a perfect stay. The full sized washer and dryer, refrigerator and stove, BBQ were really appreciated.
  
  - Bedrooms are downstairs and large living area and balcony upstairs. If you can't manage stairs it may be a problem, but if you have kids there is a very secure gate at the top of the stairs.
  
  - Very centrally located to shops, restaurants, Esplanade and coffee trucks, Great Ocean Drive is 5 minutes away to the most amazing beaches, the National Park and Lucky Bay are less than 30 minutes away.
  
  The only problem we had was we were so comfortable we wanted to just stay in and relax all day! So we were torn to leave to explore amazing Esperance! It was a great feeling to return to Island View after a long day out!
  
  We will certainly return, if there is ever any availability!

  Comfortable and close to everything. Manager is very helpful and friendly. Ask him for recommendations ! Will return to this relaxing place again.
