  Service is very slow most workers inside don't seam to not care. Talking and messing around when there's customers waiting. customer service and the meaning of fast food needs to be picked up

  Would love for them to update the board with the correct prices please. Don't really like having to pay extra as a surprise when I get to the window.

  Far from a “fast” food outlet. I’m new to town and have been to red rooster 3 times and all 3 times I’ve ordered off the the menu board only to be told no sorry, we are out of that or out this! Not to mention the the excruciating drive thru waiting times and poor service. Try smiling once in a while! Very disappointing! Macca’s is great but!

  Waited a minimum of 20 minutes for 1 roll and 1burger, I watched the kitchen individually take out 1 piece of chicken at a time with not a care in the world and looked at the order board with at least 7 dockets and they moved slower than a wet weekend. After all of this we were served stone cold food which was uneadible and had to get a refund! Food health services are going to have a great time with this one serving cold chicken.

  Great service, good fastfood, only missing plugs for charging, other than that great!
